Orders cancelled within 7 days of your chosen hire period are non-refundable.
Orders that are cancelled within 14 days of your hire period will receive a 50% refund (plus $100 bond).

Covid-19 Cancellation Policy
At The Sari Collective we understand that Covid-19 has a significant effect on the events industry. We have the following in place for events affected by Covid-19;
- If your event is postponed, you can move your hire dates to within two months of the original hire date. This is subject to availability.
- If your event is cancelled, the original cancellation policy applies.
